Meanwhile other schools that got the victory were Graded English M e d i u m School, Penta gon Interna tional College, Chelsea Inter national Col lege, Prasadi Academy Higher Sec o n d a r y School, Bud hanilkantha S c h o o l, S a i n i k Awasiya Ma havidyalaya, Moonlight HS School and Whitehouse International College.Ībout the festival, Joyti Shahi, a parent in the audience shared, “The programme offered a variety of things to witness and it is a good platform for students where there was not a single time to get bored and the audience get to learn different things from the events.“ In each competition, there were one runner-up and the winner where Kanjirowa National School and Ace HS School won the maximum number of competitions as winners and runner-ups. For the photography, dance and fashion competitions, the judges were Raj Bhai Suwal, Renasha Bantawa Rai and Shivangini Rana respectively. Meanwhile the solo dance competition and group dance competition wowed the crowd gaining much applause and cheering. The characters that emerged on the stage delighted the audience where one wit nessed the pres ence of Gabbar and Basanti, vampires, Mari lyn Monroe, Cat woman and more. This year the event was more interesting where there was a thematic round in the fashion otos: Naresh Shrestha / THT show where the partici pants had to walk the ramp as one of the characters in a movie. Kaleidoscope 2013 is the second edition of the festival where 25 A-level and higher secondary schools participated in various competitions held around the Academy's premises such as Ph painting, sketching, photography, debate, solo dance, group dance, kite making, digital ad guru, quiz, fashion show, band competition and much more.Ībout the festival Jayanta K Pokharel, Principal of Ace HS School expressed, “The efforts of the students can be seen where the event has definitely nurtured the creative talent of students and has become a platform to establish friendly network with other educational institutions.“ And to sweep away all the boredom and create a youthful exciting environment, the Ace Higher Secondary School organised Kaleidoscope 2013, Inter School Festival on February 15 at the Nepal Academy Hall, Kamladi. Every body knows that all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.
